| SITE NAVIGATION |
Click on the category name from the menu located on the left side of the page. Available items will be displayed in the middle of the page. First 12 items will be displayed. Click the button next to go to the next page.
Other web site components are available from the top horizontal menu.

PRODUCT SEARCH
|
Product search form is located on the right side of the screen. In order to avoid mistakes you can use partial names in the search.
Example: To search for packaging you may enter pack and search will return all items containing the word pack in it.

REGISTRATION
|
Customer registration is absolutely free and will provide you with a number of benefits, such as:
v Place orders/quotes
v Shop online
v Track your orders/quotes
v Manage your information
v Receive e-mail updates and promotions
Registration form that you fill will be processed within 24-48 hours by site operator. You will receive a welcome email and with your own password, which was utilized to register, will have full access to our website. If you want to place an order immediately please contact us for assistance.

SHOPPING CART
|
You can place an order by simply clicking on the button “add to cart” located under each product listing. You will be prompted to register or to login (for registered customers).
After login procedure you will be able to preview your shopping cart. If you are only interested in purchasing one particular item, then you can click continue and proceed to the checkout, otherwise click on the button “keep shopping” and add more items to your shopping cart. When finished you may want to change quantity of ordered items by simply typing a desired number in the “quantity” field. You must order in case packs only. Do not forget to click recalculate if you have changed quantities on your shopping cart. If you later decide not to order one or more items you can click on the “remove” link button located beside each product record on your shopping cart. Click “continue” when your shopping cart is complete. (see ORDERING)

ORDERING
|
Order form will display all items previously added to the shopping cart and billing information. If you want to ship your order to a different address, please uncheck “Shipping address is same as billing address” and you will be prompted to enter shipping address. Please click button “continue” when finished. Please note, that minimum order is set for each location and you may receive a pop-up window with information on your minimal order. You may go back and revise the items you have ordered or contact us directly if you want to discuss special delivery options. Please note, that we do not process any payments online. Our representative will contact you to arrange the most convenient method of payment.
